OUR MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Jos Dudgeon, LEED AP, has been building since the mid-70s when he began his career constructing affordable housing for southern Georgia's rural disadvantaged. In Baltimore County, Maryland, he founded a residential renovation and custom building firm employing 46 people, specializing in restoring historical townhouses and building custom homes. Moving to southern Connecticut and primarily working with a clientele owning waterfront properties, he has expertise specific to this type of geography - including deep water docks and dealing with the issues of weather and erosion.
